Through reviewing our after-sales case files, we have identified several potential risks arising from improper installation, commissioning, and training by third parties. The issues identified are as follows:
Wafer Grinder After-Sales Issues:
The static-pressure air bearing spindle has seized due to forced manual rotation and insufficient ventilation prior to initial operation.
The probes of the in-process contact thickness gauge shift manually when fixed in position and are unable to return to their original state.
Flat Grinding Machine After-Sales Issues:
The FGS (Facing and Grooving System) was not leveled, resulting in insufficient precision during the reconditioning of the lapping disc.
Due to the technical complexity of these systems, resolving such issues is not possible through user manuals or online guidance alone for a part of users. To enhance service quality and address customer needs more effectively, our management has decided to adjust the after-sales policy as of August 27, 2025:
For equipment with “air bearing spindles,” mandatory on-site installation, commissioning, and training services will be provided.
For equipment with “in-process contact thickness gauges” and “in-process non-contact thickness gauge,” mandatory factory-based training services will be provided.
For equipment featuring “FGS (Facing and Grooving System),” mandatory factory-based training services will be provided.
Important Note: On-site installation, commissioning, and training services will incur a charge, whereas factory-based training services will be provided free of charge.
We understand that clients may have concerns regarding the confidentiality of the on-site services. To address this, we offer the option to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), under which we will adhere strictly to confidentiality provisions. These include, but are not limited to:
Ensuring confidentiality of end-user information among our company staff.
Safeguarding user production data.
Protecting the confidentiality of business contracts with intermediary service providers.
Keeping information about the contact persons of both parties confidential.
