Airbag optical polisher, with full 6-axis coordinated motion, supports polishing of spherical, aspherical, and off-axis aspherical surfaces, offering flexible tool-path control for complex geometries. The air-bag polishing head provides adaptive, uniform pressure distribution, ensuring stable material removal and high surface quality. The system is compatible with a wide range of optical materials, including optical glass, single-crystal silicon, sapphire, SiC, metals, and ceramics. Its multi-surface capability and broad material adaptability make it suitable for high-precision optics manufacturing in imaging, aerospace, and semiconductor applications.
