We accept the following forms of payment: Telegraphic Transfer and Letter of Credit at Sight.

15. Dispute Resolution Informal Negotiations
Informal Negotiations
To expedite resolution and minimize costs, we and you agree to first attempt to negotiate any dispute informally for at least 30 days before pursuing formal arbitration.
Binding Arbitration
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be resolved by arbitration conducted by the International Commercial Arbitration Court under the European Arbitration Chamber. The arbitration seat shall be Shenzhen, China, and proceedings shall be conducted in English and Chinese.
Restrictions
Arbitration will be limited to the individual dispute between the parties. There is no right for disputes to be arbitrated on a class-action basis.
Exceptions to Informal Negotiations and Arbitration
Certain disputes, such as those involving intellectual property rights, theft, or unauthorized use, are not subject to informal negotiations or arbitration and may be resolved through the courts.
16. Corrections
We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions on our Services without prior notice.
17. Disclaimer
Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Services. Your use of the Services is at your own risk.

If any provision of these terms is deemed unlawful or unenforceable, that provision is severable and does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. You agree that these terms will not be construed against us as the drafting party. You waive any defenses based on the electronic form of these terms.
