Twin Spindle Optical Grinding Machine
The TS series, twin-spindle optical grinding machine is designed for the precision grinding of spherical and aspherical lenses. The system integrates DYAN’s proprietary PDAU CAM software allowing users to perform generating grinding, freeform grinding, or compensation grinding. Moreover, the machine utilizes a multi-axis CNC system to accurately control the movement of both the grinding wheel and the workpiece table. The grinding process is performed with a combination of coarse and fine diamond wheels, enabling both rough and fine grinding of optical lenses to achieve high-precision results.
